Belinda Foote – Pilates Instructor

Belinda’s passion for Pilates began 10 years ago when she was competing in triathlons and long-distance running for fun. She found pilates greatly improved her swim technique, reduced knee pain and improved overall core strength and recovery time.

Completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement Studies in 2005, at QUT she worked as an Exercise Physiologist for a few years in rehabilitation before moving into the Medical industry.

Belinda has completed her Mat & Studio certification with Polestar and is currently working towards her Diploma. She loves helping clients achieve their goals and seeing their overall health and well-being improve through pilates.

When Belinda is not doing pilates, she is working as a Sleep Scientist. She started her own home sleep diagnostic services company this year and is finishing her Masters of Business Administration through UQ.

Belinda loves spending time with her long hair dachshund, Franklin, tennis, hiking and has taken up golf this year! Her favourite pilates exercises are inversions!
