Mat Pilates is an awesome workout! Our Mat Pilates classes are great for increasing your fitness level or just adding to your existing workout schedule.
The Mat work repertoire uses your body weight as the primary source of resistance. You may use small apparatus such as the magic circle, Theraband or foam roller. These will add variety to the exercises and add an extra challenge that will leave your body wanting more.
Our experienced Pilates instructors will take you through a series of exercises that will flow seamlessly from one to the other, giving you a full-body workout. Our Mat Pilates classes, with a maximum of 8 participants, are suitable for all levels and abilities.
