Due to her own positive experience, Sarah began studying and teaching Pilates in 2016 as she identified it as an exercise modality capable of relieving pain, building core strength and stability, and improving postural awareness and alignment.
Sarah has studied through both Studio Pilates International and Polestar Pilates and continues to up-skill her training in all things Pilates.
Sarah encourages her clients to explore movement by providing direct anatomical and visualisation cues while providing alternative options to suit individual needs.
